I was impressed at the outset by Craig’s professionalism, interpersonal skills and reliability. Craig was open and honest and went out of his way to support me to purchase my dream home. As a previous employee I was responsible for learning all the basic fundamentals of real estate sales, administration and customer service. We would like to take this opportunity to say that the quality of service offered by Frost Real Estate since our first contact has been highly impressive. Being interstate and physically away from our house in Melbourne, we found the decisions such as which real estate company to work with, what to do to get the house ready and how to sell the house, etc. are not easy. We were fortunate enough to get a friend’s referral of Craig, who convinced us with a detailed plan, substantial data and a consistently timely-manner in all our communications.

Among many of the examples of his excellent service, here are some specific ones:

• Despite the time difference between Melbourne and Perth, Craig had no problem to go through the sales plan or answer our questions on the phone, sometime even till 11pm.

• Craig always attended our emails within 12 hours (most of the time right away) which was a great help for us to gather information and make decisions.

• Craig always followed up with the inspections right away and provided us with feedbacks through the online portal and phone calls on the same day.

• Craig is well connected with suppliers such as publications and tradesmen, and this was evidenced with the lower-than-average marketing cost in his appraisal compared to the other two.

• Craig’s appraisal has turned out to be the most accurate one and the marketing campaign has been effective.

Every member of Frost Real Estate’s staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and reliable, and our extended thanks should be given to Renee. Renee not only helped us for the presentation of the house free of charge with her outstanding knowledge and experience, but also those trivial yet necessary things, particularly when we are not in Melbourne. For example, she helped us sort out stuff to get the house ready, drop off things to the op shop, keep the house in a great condition during the whole marketing campaign month, arrange sold items to be picked up by ebay buyers and even cleaned the house before the hand-over without any extra charge.

Craig and Renee have definitely kept all their promises according to our contract, and they actually delivered more than what we have expected.
