I was most interested in Craig’s belief that a private sale made more sense than an auction. Sale of my Mother’s home. After having placed my mother into aged care, the daunting task of selling her home was upon me. I put off contacting an agent as the preconceived idea in my mind was that no agent would be understanding and thoughtful of my situation.
