Being interstate and physically away from our house in Melbourne, we found the decisions such as which real estate company to work with, what to do to get the house ready and how to sell the house, etc. are not easy. Renee not only helped us for the presentation of the house free of charge with her outstanding knowledge and experience, but also those trivial yet necessary things, particularly when we are not in Melbourne. For example, she helped us sort out stuff to get the house ready, drop off things to the op shop, keep the house in a great condition during the whole marketing campaign month, arrange sold items to be picked up by ebay buyers and even cleaned the house before the hand-over without any extra charge.

Craig and Renee have definitely kept all their promises according to our contract, and they actually delivered more than what we have expected.
