With a rich and diverse background spanning education, sales, marketing, and leadership, Renee brings a unique and thoughtful approach to real estate. As Co-Owner and Director of Frost Real Estate, she is committed to challenging traditional, agent-centric practices to create a more positive and client-focused experience for home sellers.

Renee’s ability to adapt, lead, and innovate serves her well in real estate, where she plays a key role in preparing properties for sale, overseeing transformations, and managing the marketing of homes while also managing Frost Real Estate’s behind-the-scenes operations.

Having lived in over 21 homes - including multiple renovations, new builds, and rental properties Renee completely understands the emotional and logistical aspects of moving. This personal experience fuels her passion for guiding others through the selling process with care, transparency, and expert advice.

Together, Renee and Craig have two children. Outside of work, Renee is committed to her family and loves to spend time creating a life that they can enjoy together.
